Terms & conditions.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of pepticology.com (the “Site”) and any purchase from Pept, Inc. (“Pept”, “we”, “us”). By browsing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase our products.

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted with a new “Updated” date and, where required, communicated by email.

The statements made on this Site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Pept’s products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, assist in losing weight, or be administered to humans or animals. They are not drugs, food, cosmetics, or dietary supplements.

All products sold by Pept are intended solely for laboratory and in-vitro research purposes. They are not for human or veterinary consumption, injection, ingestion, topical application, diagnostic procedure, food additive, household chemical, or any other use outside qualified research.

Listing a material on this Site does not constitute a license to its use in infringement of any patent. All products will be handled only by qualified, properly trained professionals in compliance with applicable laws and institutional protocols.

You must be at least 21 years of age and legally authorized to purchase research chemicals in your jurisdiction to place an order. You represent that you are affiliated with a laboratory, institution, university, clinic, or research-based facility and are purchasing solely for laboratory research use.

Pept reserves the right to require verification of affiliation, conduct due-diligence screening, and refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion. Misrepresenting your eligibility may constitute fraud.

You acknowledge that, unless otherwise stated, Pept’s products have not been sterilized or tested for safety or efficacy in food, drug, medical-device, cosmetic, commercial, or any other use. Products may not be on the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) inventory listing where applicable.

Any material produced with a Pept product must not be adulterated or misbranded within the meaning of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and must not be a material that may not be introduced into interstate commerce under Sections 404, 505, or 512 of the Act.

We will not tolerate the misuse of our products or the Site. Any communication or behavior that leads us to believe a product will be used outside qualified research is grounds for immediate refusal and cancellation of all current and future orders. Information collected in connection with any such order will be added to our internal compliance database, against which every order is screened.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Payment is processed by our authorized payment processor; Pept does not store full card details on its servers.

Coupons, discounts, and sales cannot be combined or stacked. A coupon may be used once per customer and will be automatically refunded if used in violation of this rule. Promotional pricing may be revoked at our discretion in cases of suspected abuse.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pept and its affiliates shall not be liable for special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, whether claimed in contract, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, arising from your handling, possession, or use of any product — alone or in combination with another substance.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pept and its affiliates from all claims, expenses, losses, and liabilities of any nature arising out of your purchase, handling, or use of products from this Site. Total liability of Pept under any order shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

Destinations. We currently ship domestically to all U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. International availability is limited and case-by-case.

Rates & methods. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on destination and method. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Processing time. Orders placed before 2 pm PT ship the same business day. Other orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification when your order ships.

Adult signature required. All shipments require an adult signature on delivery for compliance.

Insurance & risk of loss. Once an order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the buyer in accordance with the Uniform Commercial Code. If you waive shipping insurance at checkout, Pept is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. If your order arrives damaged, contact the carrier and our support team within 7 days of delivery and retain all packaging and damaged goods for inspection.

Pept is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit; claims must be filed with the carrier under the carrier’s policies.

Due to our quality-control standards and the fragile, temperature-sensitive nature of peptides, we cannot accept returns on opened or temperature-compromised vials.

If your order arrives with missing, incorrect, or damaged items, email hello@pepticology.com within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Cancellations must be requested by email before the order has shipped — once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

All Pept products are sold strictly as one-time purchases. We do not offer or operate any subscription, auto-renewal, or recurring billing program. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that no future charges will be made unless you initiate a new, separate transaction.

These Terms are governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and the parties consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
